We would like to highlight some
precise details about the manufacturing facilities
we have so far which will certainly exhibit the
extent and volume of our manufacturing and export
activities.
It will be worthwhile to incorporate the information
that we are engage in manufacturing quality knitwear
since 1987 and since then exporting satisfactory
and successfully to USA, UK, France, Holland,
Germany and Canada.
We have two factories in Karachi, the one is designated
as a Unit #1 while the other
is called Unit #2. All facilites
like Knitting, Dyeing, Cutting and Stitching,
Printing & Finishing are available under one
roof. The details of each unit are outlined below.

Unit
#1 |
| Consists of 4
floors, covering an area of 600 Sq.Yards having almost120
high-speed stitching machines of all ranges such as special
and others. Separate departments comprising Cutting, Stitching,
Checking, Quality Control, Cropping, Press and Packing
are located in a spacious area. There are Screen Printing
facilites having 4 Screen Printing Tables measuring 180ft
x 5ft to facilitate chest printing over and above. Stitching
is carried out in a quite separate manner. A 75 KV standby
Generator as well is installed to overcome any possible
power failure in order to avoid loss of production keeping
in view the importance of Delivery Commitments. |

Unit #2
|
| Consists of 3 floors, each floor is having
a covered area of 2750 sq.Yards which is quite spacious
for our present operational activities. There is sufficient
provision for expansion of our operations.The Unit is
engaged to Knitting, Dyeing and Processing of fabric,
Stitching & Press Packing. |
