DYEING & PROCESSING
There are 3 Nos. Soft flow winches of 400kg, 4close
winches of 500kg, 3 Nos. sample winches of 5 to 15kg,
3 Nos of Jet with the capacity of 400kg of (Gausteran
County) to carry out Polyester dyeing (both part) among
other machineries. There are one Dyer, two Tumblers,
one Soft set, one Raising, one latest model fully computerized
66 inches Compactor machine of Farraro, Italy a&
also Heat Set machine for Polyester fabric.
There is one package Boiler of Rustern, England with
1750 heating surface. We have separate laboratories
to carry out lab dips fabric/shrinkage testing &
testing for other checking to make high quality Dyeing
& Finishing.

STITCHING AND PACKING
Separate Sample room with all latest
automatic machines to carry out samples on time for
our respected buyers. We have approximately 100 machines
of production in all ranges and very special Vacuum
Press Table.
We have installed a 125KV standy by Diesel Generator
having the capacity of running all the machines and
equipments simultaneously. The generator has been provided
to face any possible power supply breakdown, the purpose
of saving any loss of production in order to that committed
export Deliveries dead line is conveniently obtained
and our reputation is kept up.
